摘  要:细颗粒物(fine particulate matter,PM2.5)导致人类呼吸系统疾病发病率和死亡率均有明显上升,尤其是对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的影响已经引起越来越广泛的关注和研究。本文就PM2.5对人群哮喘的临床影响、成分组成、诱导细胞凋亡的机制及PM2.5诱导凋亡在哮喘致病中的作用作一综述。The morbidity and mortality of respiratory diseases caused by fine particulate matter(PM2.5)in human beings have increased significantly,and its effect on bronchial asthma(hereinafter asthma)has particularly attracted more and more attention and research.This article reviewed the clinical effect of PM2.5 on asthma,the composition of PM2.5,the mechanism of PM2.5-induced apoptosis and the role of PM2.5-induced apoptosis in the pathogenesis of asthma.
