摘　　要：2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)在武汉出现,感染人数逐渐增多。孕产妇其机体处于特殊免疫耐受状态,为病毒的易感人群,一旦感染新型冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2),可能危及母胎安全。因此,当前形势下如何做好孕期保健及围产期管理,保证孕产妇新冠肺炎感染患者的安全至关重要。Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)occurred in Wuhan in December,2019,with the number of the infected cases gradually increasing.The pregnant women are susceptible to the virus due to their specific immune tolerance.Both the maternal and fetal safety will be imperiled if the pregnant women were infected with COVID-19.Therefore,antenatal care and perinatal management are crucial for guaranteeing the safety of the pregnant women infected with COVID-19.
