摘 要:辐射在密闭开关柜内部故障电弧的能量传递过程中占据重要的角色,和故障燃弧引起的压力上升和能量平衡密切相关。本文采用具有平坦光谱灵敏度的热电堆和超快速响应的光电倍增管相耦合的方法,对密闭腔体内部空气故障电弧的辐射特性进行测量,定量分析了不同测试条件对故障电弧辐射能、焦耳热以及辐射占焦耳热比重的影响。结果表明:随着电弧电流、充气压或电极间距增加,电弧辐射能量均趋于增长;关于辐射占焦耳热比重,电弧电流大小只对燃弧初期的辐射比重有较大影响,燃弧最终的辐射比重几乎与电弧电流大小无关;随着充气压增大,电弧电压的增长速度超过了电弧辐射的增大速度,因此辐射占焦耳热比重减小;而随着电极间距增加,辐射占焦耳热比重以低于线性的速度增大。Radiation plays an important role in the energy transfer of internal fault arc in enclosed switchgears,which is closely related to the pressure rise and energy balance caused by the fault arcing.Consequently,the radiation characteristics of the air fault arc in a sealed cavity were measured by coupling a thermopile with flat spectral sensitivity and a photomultiplier with ultra fast response.The influences of different testing conditions on the arc radiated energy,Joule heating as well as the fraction of radiation to Joule heating were analyzed quantitatively.The results show that,with the increase of the arc current,filling pressure,or electrode gap,the energy of all arc radiations tends to rise.Regarding the fraction of radiation on input Joule heating,the fraction in the initial arcing process is seriously affected by the arc current while it almost has no relation to arc current in the final arcing period.The increase of the filling pressure gives a reduction in the fraction due to the fact that the growth rate of arc voltage exceeds that of arc radiation.Besides,the increase of the electrode gap gives a rise in the fraction that is slower than linear.
