摘  要:针对特高压直流换流站接头端子过热及优化设计研究不足的问题,利用有限元方法对接头端子的温升特性进行了研究,通过径向基函数神经网络(radial basis function,RBF)与Monte-Carlo相结合的方法对接头端子可靠度进行了计算,建立了以可靠度为约束条件的接头端子优化数学模型,在此基础上给出了接头端子优化设计方法。研究结果表明:在加载大电流的条件下,接头端子搭接部位的温度高于其他部位,且随时间呈指数增加;在加载电流的开始阶段,流入接头端子的热量大于流出的热量,接头端子搭接部位温升速率较快;此后,流入接头端子的热量逐渐接近流出的热量,当接头端子达到热平衡状态时搭接部位温度不再升高。随着截面尺寸的减少,接头端子搭接部位温度呈非线性升高的趋势,截面厚度对接头端子搭接部位温升趋势的影响明显高于截面宽度;利用优化数学模型对接头端子进行优化设计后,可在满足接头端子可靠度的条件下降低其重量15%左右并提升其运行可靠性。In order to solve the problem of insufficient research on overheating and optimization design for terminal connectors in UHV DC converter station,the temperature rise of the terminal connectors are studied by the finite element method,and the reliability of the terminal connectors is calculated by combining the radial basis function(RBF)neural network with the Monte-Carlo method.A terminal connector’s optimal mathematical model constrained by its reliability is established,and the optimum design method based on this model is given.The results show that,under the condition of high current,the temperature at the overlapping parts of the terminal connectors is higher than that of other parts,and increases exponentially with time.At the beginning of current loading,the heat flowing into the terminal connectors is greater than the heat flowing out,and the temperature rise rate of the overlapping parts is high.With the increase of current loading time,the heat flowing into the connector terminals increases gradually and approaches the heat flowing out,until the temperature at the overlapping parts no longer increases since the terminal connectors reaching a state of heat balance.The temperature at the overlapping parts of the terminal connectors,with decrease in cross-section size,increases nonlinearly,and the influence of cross-section thickness on the temperature rise of the overlapping parts is significantly higher than that of cross-section width.When the optimum design meets the reliability requirements by using the optimization mathematical model,the weight of the terminal connectors can be reduced by about 15%and the operational reliability can be improved.
