摘 要:针对V/v牵引供电系统中存在的负序和谐波等电能质量问题,提出了一种能够对指令电流快速跟踪和精确补偿的铁路功率调节器控制策略。分析了SS6B型电力机车的工作原理,提出了一种适用于电能质量研究的电力机车建模方法,揭示了V/v牵引供电系统中负序和谐波的产生机理;通过研究铁路功率调节器的拓扑结构和补偿原理,建立了铁路功率调节器主电路的数学模型,推导了以输出补偿电流为状态变量的控制方程;在此基础上,提出了一种基于改进滑模变结构的铁路功率调节器控制策略,实现了对铁路功率调节器补偿电流的精确跟踪,显著改善了V/v牵引供电系统的电能质量;最后基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了SS6B型电力机车和所提铁路功率调节器控制策略的仿真模型,验证了所建电力机车模型的正确性和所提控制策略的有效性。In view of the power quality problems such as negative sequence and harmonics in V/v traction power supply system,we put forward a control strategy of a railway static power conditioner compensating for reference current rapidly and accurately.The operation principle of SS6 B electric locomotive is analyzed,and an equivalent simulation model which is suitable for power quality research is built.The generation mechanism of negative sequence and harmonic is revealed based on the V/v traction power supply system.The topology and compensation principle of the railway static power conditioner are analyzed,and the mathematical model for railway static power conditioner is established and the control equation of the compensation current is derived.Then the control strategy of railway static power conditioner based on improved sliding mode is proposed,which realizes the accurate tracking of the output current of static power conditioner and then improves the power quality of the V/v traction power supply system.The simulation model of SS6 B electric locomotive is proved to be correct,and the proposed strategy is proved to be effective by the simulations in PSCAD/EMTDC.
