摘  要:目的 研究食管气管联合导管在枪弹伤猪失血性动物模型制作中应用效果,探讨食管气管联合导管在猪动物模型制作中的安全性和有效性.方法 将40头小型长白猪随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用食管气管联合导管建立气道,对照组使用气管插管导管建立气道.观察两组实验动物插管效率和致伤前15 min血气数值.结果 同气管插管相比,使用食管气管联合导管建立气道更加迅速,同时在插管后,致伤前15 min,两组实验动物动脉血气氧分压、二氧化碳分压以及动脉血中氧饱和度均没有统计学差异.结论 食管气管联合导管操作简单易学,对于动物麻醉后短时间气道管理具有较好的安全性和有效性,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the effects of esophageal tracheal combitube(ETC)in the pig animal model of hem­orrhagic shock after gunshot.Methods 40 small Landrace pigs under anesthesia were randomLy divided into 2 equal groups:experimental group undergoing intubation of ETC to establish airway and control group undergoing intubation of conventional trachea cannula to establish airway.The intubation efficiency was observed.Blood-gas analyzer and end-tidal carbon dioxide monitor were used to detect the blood gas parameters 15 minutes before causing injury.Then gunshot was inflicted to cause trauma and femoral artery hemorrhage Results There were no significant differences in the one-time success rate,and arterial oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and arterial oxygen satu­ration 15 minutes before injury between these 2 groups(all P>0.05).The operating time of the experiment group was(54.57±3.21)s,significantly shorter than that of the control group[(127.25±94.48)s,(P<0.05)].Conclusion Simple,easy to learn,safe and effective for the short-term airway management in animal models,the operation of ETC is superior to conventional endotracheal intubation.
