微信和QQ线上新型冠状病毒肺炎知识公众知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解社会公众对新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)防控知识的知晓率,为政府和其他相关单位在制定新冠肺炎防治措施时提供决策和研究参考。方法通过微信和QQ发送“问卷星”二维码和链接的方式,进行新冠肺炎防治知识的社会调查,共收问卷2076份,其中,有效问卷2028份,有效率97.69%。应用Excel 2016软件和SPSS 20.0软件进行数据整理分析,采用卡方检验进行率的统计学检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果调查对象对新冠肺炎传播途径的知晓率普遍较低,总知晓率为62.72%,初中及以下文化水平的知晓率为51.60%,高中或中专知晓率为56.80%,本科或大专知晓率64.10%,研究生及以上70.80%;电视新闻(84.07%)仍是社会公众获取疫情信息的主要渠道,微信(74.65%)和微博(55.87%)逐渐成为当代人获取信息的重要渠道。结论新冠肺炎传播途径的知晓率普遍较低,可能会影响社会公众对于新冠肺炎防控措施的理解,不利于防控;微信及微博等社交软件作为当代人社交的重要渠道,政府等相关机构在宣教的时候应该更有针对性。Objective To quickly understand the public awareness rate of prevention and control knowledge of new coronavirus pneumonia and provide a reference for government and other relevant units on decision-making and research in the future.Methods A total of 2076 questionnaires(including 2028 valid questionnaires)were collected by sending a“questionnaire star”QR code or link to WeChat and QQ on the knowledge of prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia,and the effective rate was 97.69%.The data were analyzed by Excel 2016 and SPSS 20,and a chi-square test was used for the statistical test of the rate.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The awareness rate of the transmission route of new coronary pneumonia among the respondents is generally low,with the total awareness rate of 62.72%,51.60%in the students in middle school and below,56.80%in high school or technical secondary school,64.10%in undergraduate or junior college,and 70.80%in graduate school and above.Television news(84.07%)is still the main channel for the public to get information,while WeChat(74.65%)and Weibo(55.87%)are gradually becoming important channels for the contemporary to get information.Conclusion The lower awareness rate of the transmission route of the new coronary pneumonia may affect the public's understanding of the prevention and control measures of the new coronary pneumonia,which is not conducive for the prevention and control.As social software such as WeChat and Weibo is the important channel of social communication for the contemporary,the government and other relevant agencies should consider them during the propaganda and education.
