摘  要:目的调查一起绵竹市家庭聚集性新型冠状病毒肺炎传播过程,分析造成家庭聚集传播的原因和流行病学特点,为完善家庭聚集性传播防控措施提供参考依据。方法采用《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控方案(第3版)》病例个案调查表,所有确诊病例及其密切接触者开展现场流行病学调查,通过其流行病学资料、病例档案及呼吸道标本的新型冠状病毒核酸检测结果,绘制传播链,说明本次家庭聚集性疫情的传播过程。结果传染源为2名输入性病例,与2名输入性病例相关密切接触者59人,发病3人,总罹患率为5.08%,与Ⅱ代病例相关密切接触者25人,无人发病。结论本案例中所有Ⅱ代病例都有与2名输入性病例有明确的近距离密切接触史,但密切接触者并非全部发病,家庭聚集性新型冠状病毒肺炎感染可防可控。Objective To investigate the transmission process of a family cluster covid-19 infection,analyze the causes and epidemiological characteristics of the infection,and provide reference data for the prevention and control of family transmission.Methods a novel coronavirus novel coronavirus infection prevention and control scheme(Third Edition)was used to conduct a field epidemiological survey of the confirmed cases and their close contacts in a family cluster outbreak in our city.The epidemiological data,case files and new coronavirus nucleic acid test results of respiratory specimens were used to draw the transmission chain to illustrate this family gathering.The transmission process of the epidemic.Results The source of infection was an imported case,59 people had close contact with the first case,3 people had disease,the total incidence was 5.08%,25 people had close contact with the second generation cases,no one had disease.Conclusion novel coronavirus pneumonia infection is not completely controlled in all cases of second generation.
