摘　　要：目的了解泸州市死因监测系统死亡病例的漏报情况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在泸州市7个区县开展2015-2017年死亡病例的回顾性漏报调查,采用国际死因分类法(ICD-10)进行死因分类。不同年份、地区、死亡年龄、性别、区县、死亡原因的漏报率比较采用卡方检验,以P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果2015-2017年泸州市死亡漏报率11.78%,城市死亡漏报率(15.55%)高于农村死亡漏报率(11.03%),死亡年龄中0~6岁年龄段死亡漏报率为20.57%,高于其他年龄段死亡漏报率,死亡原因中传染病死亡漏报率为27.52%,高于其他死亡原因漏报率,7个县区中合江县死亡漏报率(20.42%)最高。结论2015-2017年泸州市死亡漏报率逐年降低,显示死因漏报情况明显改善,但日常监测中应加大关注城市流动人口的死亡人群和0~6岁年龄组及传染病死亡人群。Objective To understand the under-reporting of death cases and its influencing factors in Luzhou City.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate underreporting of death cases in 7 counties of LuZhou City from 2015 to 2017.Causes of death were classified using the International Classification of Causes of Death(ICD-10).Chi-square tests were used to compare the under-reporting death rates in different years,sexes and areas,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results The under-reporting death rate was 11.78%in Luzhou City.The under-reporting death rate in urban is higher than that in rural.The under-reporting death rate was 20.57%in children aged 0-6 years,which was highest in all ages.Among the causes of death,the rate of missed diagnosis for infectious diseases was 27.52%,which was higher than that for other death causes.The under-reporting rates of death cases was 20.42%in Hejiang county,which are higher than other counties.Conclusion From 2015 to 2017,the under-reporting rate of deaths has been decreasing in Luzhou City,indicating that the status of under-reporting death has significantly improved.However,more attention should be paid to the urban floating population,the age group of 0-6 years and the population of infectious disease deaths in daily monitoring.
