摘  要:目的分析内江市登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度的季节性消长规律,探讨登革热防控策略,为登革热防控提供依据。方法 2016-2018年对监测点进行现场监测,采用容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)、布雷图指数(BI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,采用双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行卡方检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2016-2018年白纹伊蚊幼虫平均BI为34.61,平均CI为15.70,平均HI为26.22;CI、BI、HI均呈现逐年增高的趋势,χ^2值分为150.84、54.77、123.31,P<0.05,在2018年分别达到25.60、46.30和31.80。在调查的9类容器中,三年容器指数最高分别为闲置容器(碗、瓶缸罐);竹头、树洞、石穴;闲置容器(碗、瓶缸罐)和竹头、树洞、石穴,CI分别为23.58、83.33、4.68,χ^2值分别为5.34、7.44、4.68,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;2016年、2018年未捕获到成蚊,2017年叮咬指数为0.04只/人·h。结论内江市白纹伊蚊广泛存在,且BI、CI、HI均较高,存在登革热流行的潜在风险,应加强登革热的检验检疫,强化登革热监测预警,提早做好蚊媒控制,严防二代病例的发生,防止登革热疫情暴发流行。Objective To analyze the seasonal variation of the density of larval and adult Aedes albopictus in Neijiang city so as to discuss the strategies of dengue fever control and provide evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods On-site monitoring was conducted at the monitoring sites from 2016 to 2018.Vessel index(CI),housing index(HI)and bretu index(BI)were used to monitor the larval density of aedes albopictus.The density of adult aedes albopictus was monitored by the double layered mosquito net method.Results From 2016 to 2018,the average BI,CI and HI of aedes albopictus larvae were 34.61,15.70 and 26.22 respectively.CI,BI and HI all showed an increasing trend year by year,and theχ^2 values were 150.84、54.77、123.31,respectively(All P values<0.05).The maximum three-year container index was idle containers、Bamboo head,idle containers and bamboo head,and CI indices were 23.58,83.33,4.68,respectively;the correspondingχ^2 values were 5.34,7.44,and 4.68,respectively(All P values<0.05).No adult mosquitoes were captured in 2016 and 2018,and the luring index in 2017 was 0.04/person/hour.Conclusion Aedes albopictus widely exists in Neijiang City,and BI,CI and HI are relatively high,which may pose a potential risk of dengue epidemic.Inspection and quarantine of dengue fever should be strengthened,and dengue fever surveillance and early warning should be strengthened.Mosquito vector control should be done in advance,and the occurrence of second-generation cases should be strictly supervised in order to prevent dengue fever outbreak.
