摘　　要：突如其来的新冠疫情,既是对基层政府组织动员能力的重大考验,也是对公安机关基层基础工作的检验。公安机关实有人口管理部门要依托智慧公安建设的新成果,积极研判疫情时期实有人口管理工作面临的新情况、新问题,不断加强与努力创新实有人口管理工作。The unexpected outbreak of covid-19 tests not only first-line government organizations’mobilization competency,but also police organs’foundational work.Based on new achievements of intelligent policing development,population management departments of police agencies should actively research and judge the new situations and issues of population management during the pandemic period,and continuously endeavor to reinforce and to innovate the real population management.
