摘　　要：治安行政执法规范化是提升公安工作法治化水平,全面落实严格规范公正文明执法的要求,同时也是更好地促进社会公平正义、维护人民合法权益的要求。但是,由于执法对象的复杂性以及法律的抽象性等原因,治安行政执法工作中依然存在一些执法不规范问题,这损害了公安机关的公信力,影响了社会的和谐稳定。将案例推理技术应用于治安行政执法工作,可以为治安民警处理治安问题提供参考方案,辅助民警迅速科学决策,防止民警滥用自由裁量权,使处理结果更加公平公正。The standardization of administrative law enforcement is conducive to upgrading the legalization of police work and fully implementing the requirements on strictly regulating fair and civilized law enforcement,meanwhile,it is also the requirement on better promoting social fairness and justice and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people.However,owing to the complicated objects of law enforcement and abstract nature of laws,there are still some problems of nonstandard law enforcement in the administrative law enforcement of public security,which damages the credibility of the police organs and affects the social harmony and stability.The application of casebased deduction technology in public order administrative law enforcement can provide a reference scheme for police while they are dealing with public-order-related issues,assist police to make scientific decisions quickly,prevent the police from abusing their discretion,and make their law enforcement more fair and just.
