摘　　要：厄达替尼是美国FDA批准上市的首个针对晚期或转移性膀胱癌的靶向治疗药物。其通过靶向成纤维细胞生长因子受体(FGFR)的遗传改变来调节细胞生长和分裂从而抑制肿瘤的发生及血管的生成。厄达替尼代表了第一个针对FGFR遗传变异的转移性膀胱癌患者的个体化治疗方案。本文就厄达替尼的药理作用、药动学、临床研究及不良反应等进行阐述以供临床参考。Erdafitinib is the first targeting therapeutic agent approved by the US Food and Drug Administration( FDA) for the treatment of advanced or metastatic bladder cancer. It regulates cell growth and division by targeting genetic alterations of the fibroblast growth factor receptor( FGFR) to inhibit tumorigenesis and angiogenesis. Erdafitinib represents the first treatment option for patients with metastatic bladder cancer that is genetically altered by FGFR.This article reviews the pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetics,clinical studies,and adverse reactions of erdafitinib for clinical reference.
