摘　　要：尼达尼布是一种口服三重酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。临床前研究发现它能够有效抑制博莱霉素诱导的大、小鼠肺纤维化病变,临床Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期研究表明,口服尼达尼布150mg,bid能有效减缓轻、中度特发性肺纤维化患者肺功能下降速度,延缓病情发展。本文对尼达尼布的作用机制、药效学、临床试验和安全性等方面进行了综述。Nintedanib is a triple tyrosine kinase inhibitor.Pre-clinical studies have found that it can effectively inhibit bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats and mice.PhaseⅡandⅢclinical trials show that oral administration of 150 mg of nintedanib twice a day can effectively reduce the decline of pulmonary function and delay the development of mild and moderate IPF patients.This article reviews the recent research progress in the mechanism,pharmacodynamics,clinical trials and safety of nintedanib.
