摘　　要：目的探讨针灸对持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍的应用效果.方法选取2015年1月1日至2019年12月31日本院针灸科门诊收治的5例躯体形式疼痛障碍患者的临床资料,分析治疗效果,讨论针灸治疗该病的治疗思路.结果针灸治疗持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍可缓解患者疼痛和焦虑抑郁情绪.结论针灸治疗持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍有效,可临床推广应用.Objeetive To ivesigte the terapeutic eficet of scupuncture and moribusion on peistent somatic form.Methods The clinical duta of 5 patients with somaofom pain disorder of the acupuncoure cdinic on Janwry 1,201510 December 31,2019 were selected to analyze the treatment efeer and discuss the treatment ideas of acupuncture.Results Acupuncture and moxibustion treament of peristent smatoforom pain disorder could relieve pain and anxiety depression.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion are efective in the treatmeet of penistent sonmatoform pin disorder and can be applied in clinic.
