加速康复外科在腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤手术的术前应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在腹腔镜结直肠手术中应用加速康复外科术前准备是否有助于患者术后的快速康复.方法将在本院行腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除的86例患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组.对照组采用传统术前准备,观察组采用加速康复外科术前准备,具体包括:术前不常规行机械灌肠、术前口服碳水化合物,术前6h禁食固体,术前2h禁食流质,术前不插入胃管,通过收集患者术后住院时间,引流管拔除时间,饮食恢复时间及是否有术后并发症,来比较对照组和观察组患者术后恢复情况.结果相比于对照组,观察组患者具有更短的术后住院时间、引流管拔除时间以及饮食恢复时间(P<0.05);两组患者在术后并发症方面并未见明显异常.结论结直肠手术中应用加速康复外科的术前处理措施可缩短患者术后住院时间、引流管拔除时间及术后饮食恢复时间.Objective To explore whether preoperative preparation of acerated rcabiliation surgery in colorectal surgery is helpful to the rapid recovery of patients after operntion.Methods 86 patients who underwent restio of colorectal tumors in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and the treament group.The patients in control group were treated with traditionl prcoperative preparation,while those in ERAS group were trered with acelerated rchubiliation surgery preoperaive preparation,including unconventional mechanical enema before operation,oral carbobydrate before operation,solid fasting 6 hours before openation,fluid fasting 2 hours before operation,m gatrice tube insertion before operation,Seifiall,the patients in the conttol group and the obervaion goup were compared by cleltingn the postopentive hopial stay,drninage tube removal time,food recovery time and postoperative complications.Results Conpared wih the traditional group.the treatmenet group had shorter hospitliation time.drinage tube removal time and dier recovery time(P<0.05).There was no signific amt dfference in postoperative complictions between the two groups.Conclusion The application of preoperative treatment of acelerated rehabilitation sungery in colorectal surgery can reduce the hospitalization time,the time of drainage tube removal and the time of dietary rcovery,and does not reduce the sifety of patins.
