银花石韦冲剂在膀胱镜检查术后尿路感染及相关并发症的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨银花石韦冲剂防治膀胱镜检查术后尿路感染和相关并发症的安全性与有效性.方法将68例行膀胱镜检查患者随机分成两组,每组各34例.观察组术后当日开始每日口服银花石韦冲剂1剂,分早晚两次,温水冲服;对照组每日口服左氧氟沙星片0.5g.两组分别服药至术后1周.比较膀胱镜检查术后1周膀胱刺激征、肉眼血尿、尿液检查中红细胞和白细胞计数和细菌定量计数异常的发生率.结果观察组膀胱刺激征、肉眼血尿、尿红细胞和白细胞计数及细菌定量计数均明显优于对照组(P均<0.01).服药前后肝肾功能无变化.观察组无不良反应发生.对照组2例出现入睡困难,停药后消失.结论银花石韦冲剂不但防治膀胱镜检查术后尿路感染疗效明显,对膀胱刺激征和血尿等并发症防治疗效独特,值得临床推广应用.Objeetive To explore the safety and efectivenes of Yinhushiwei granules in the prevention and treatmnent of urinary ract ifction and elated copli ations after cytoscopy.Methods 68 patients with cytoscopy were randomly divided into two goups.34 cass in each group.The observation group began to take Yimhuashiwei granules daily,I dose,twice in the morning and evening,with warm water the control group took levoloxacin ubles daily,0.5g.The two groups took medicine until 1 weck afer operaion.One week afer cystoscopy,the incidence of abnormal bladder imitation sign,macroscopic hematuria,RBC and WBC count and bacterial quantitative count in urine were compared.Results The bladder irition,gross hemuturia,RBC and WBC count and bacterial count in the observation group were sipuific andy better than those in the controdl group.(P<0.01)。There wa no change in liver and kidney finction before and after adnistation.No adverse reatiors ocrrd in the obserwation group.In the control goup,2 paiens had dficuty in lling asep and diappeared ater disconinuation.Conclusion Yinhushiwei granule has a good effect on urinary tract infection after cystoscopy,and it has a unique effect on bladder irritation and hematuria,it is worthy of clinical applcaion.
