摘 要:针对安装有双IGBT模块的翅片式散热器通风不充分、冷却效果差的问题,提出了通过在散热器进风侧和散热风扇之间加装导风板来改变冷却气流在翅片间风道分布的改进措施.经分析发现加装导风板能够均衡冷却气流在散热器翅片间的分布状态,充分发挥各翅片的散热能力,改善冷却效果.计算结果表明:安装导风板后,热源最高温度比安装前降低了约15℃.进一步分析导风板靠近风扇一端与散热器距离对冷却效果的影响,分别计算不同距离下散热结构的温度场,结果表明:热源最高和最低温度均随导风板与散热器距离的减小而降低,即当距离为50 mm时,热源的最高和最低温度均达到最低,此时热源最高温度比原结构低近21℃,优化散热效果显著.最后通过实验验证了该改进措施的有效性.In order to solve the problems of uneven ventilation and poor cooling effect of the finned radiator with dual IGBT module installed,an improvement approach was proposed by adding a deflector between the inlet side of the radiator and the cooling fan to change the distribution of airflow among fins.Through analysis,it is found that the distribution of cooling airflow between fins of radiator can be effectively balanced by installing the deflector,and the cooling capability of each fin is fully utilized,with the cooling effect eventually improved.The calculation results show that after installing the deflector,the highest temperature of the heat source is reduced by about 15℃ compared with that before.On this basis,the influence of the distance between the end of the deflector near the fan and radiator on cooling effect was further studied.The results show that both the highest and lowest temperature of the heat source decrease with the reduction of the distance between the deflector and radiator,that is,when the distance is 50 mm,the highest and lowest temperature of the heat source reach the lowest,and the highest temperature of the heat source is nearly 21℃ lower than the original structure,and the effect of optimizing heat dissipation is significant.Finally,experiments verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
