摘  要:结合遥控器中壳的成型需要,介绍了同步侧孔抽芯和螺纹抽芯特殊机构的热流道两板注射模,模具采用单点可控式热流道喷嘴进行浇注以控制和调整成型塑件的注射效果。设计了2种类型的3个脱模机构实现塑件的脱模,其中特殊的复合抽芯机构用于塑件侧凹圆孔带内螺纹特征的脱模,侧面抽芯机构与螺纹抽芯机构同步实现该特征的侧面脱模和螺纹脱模,螺纹抽芯机构利用模板的开启驱动力驱动齿条带动螺纹型芯旋转抽芯,由斜导柱驱动侧凹特征的滑块机构实施侧抽芯。该机构构思巧妙,能有效降低模具的制造成本。Combined to the forming requirement of the remote control,a two-plate hot run⁃ner injection mould with special synchronous side hole core-pulling mechanism and thread core-pulling mechanism was introduced.A controllable hot runner nozzle with single point was used to pour the mould to control and adjust the injection effect of the plastic parts.Two types of three demoulding mechanisms were designed to realize the demoulding of plastic parts.The special composite core-pulling mechanism was used to demould the inner thread characteristics of the side concave circular hole.In the mechanism,the side core-pulling mechanism and the thread core-pulling mechanism were synchronized to real⁃ize the side demoulding and the synchronous action core-pulling of the thread demoulding.The thread core-pulling mechanism drove the rack by the opening driving force of the tem⁃plate,and the rotary core pulling was driven by threaded core,and side core pulling was implemented by slider mechanism with side concave characteristics driven by inclined guide pillar.The mechanism was ingenious in conception and effectively reduced the cost of die manufacturing.
