摘 要:以某建筑用复杂截面空心铝型材为研究对象,进行连续挤压成形模设计。利用仿真模拟技术获得挤压过程中金属的流动变形情况,根据分析结果,提出了改进工作带及分流孔形状尺寸的方案。模具结构经过改进后,型材出口处金属流速均匀,数值模拟与试模结果吻合,为模具设计提供了理论指导,减少了试模成本。Taking a complex section hollow aluminum profile for buildings as the research object,the continuous extrusion die design was carried out.The instantaneous state of flow deformation of metal during extrusion was obtained by numerical simulation.Accord⁃ing to the simulation results,the shape and size of the working belt and the split hole were improved.After the die structure improved,the metal flow rate at the exit of the pro⁃file was uniform.The numerical simulation was consistent with the test results,which pro⁃vided theoretical guidance for die design and reduced the cost of debugging.
