摘　　要：目的:探讨24 h工作模式下我院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)临时医嘱的运行模式,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:分析PIVAS临时医嘱的审核、提取、批次安排、摆药、贴签、配置及扫描交接的运行模式。结果:临时医嘱PIVAS集中调配后,日均调配人数减少66.67%,调配时间减少77.78%,调配耗材减少13.64%。结论:我院PIVAS 24 h接收并配置临时医嘱,提高了工作效率,满足了临床调配临时医嘱的需求,保证了静脉用药的安全性及合理性。Objective:To probe into the operation mode of temporary medical order in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)under 24-hour full medical order mode,so as to provide reference for safe and rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods:The operation mode of temporary medical order in PIVAS was analyzed,including review,extraction,batch arrangement,dispensing,labeling,configuration and scanning handover.Results:After the centralized dispensing of temporary medical order in PIVAS,the average daily dispensing number decreased by 66.67%,the dispensing time decreased by 77.78%,and the consumption of consumables decreased by 13.64%.Conclusion:Temporary medical order was received for 24 h in PIVAS of our hospital,which can improve the work efficiency,meet the clinical requirements of temporary medical order,and ensure the safety and rationality of intravenous drug use.
