摘 要:目的为掌握绵阳市城区蝇类的种群分布及季节消长等变化规律,为蝇类及肠道传染病的防治提供科学依据。方法采用捕蝇笼诱捕法。每年3-11月开展监测,对每月获得的监测数据进行分析。结果 2009-2012年共捕获成蝇6 521只,分属4科9属13种。总平均密度为5.37只/笼,其中2012年蝇密度最高,为10.64只/笼;2017年蝇密度最低,为1.24只/笼;全年蝇活动高峰出现在5-8月;优势种为丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇、大头金蝇和家蝇,分别占捕蝇总数的33.32%、11.95%、11.35%和10.14%;以绿化带蝇密度最高,为8.02只/笼,餐饮外环境密度最低,为4.18只/笼。结论蝇类种群密度与不同的生境、气候、季节有关。综合物理、化学防治措施,可有效降低蝇密度,减少肠道传染病的发生。Objective To determine the species composition and seasonality of flies in the urban area of Mianyang,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of flies and intestinal infectious diseases.Methods Cage traps were used to capture flies.Analysis of the surveillance data was performed from March to November each year.Results A total of 6521 adult flies were captured from 2009 to 2017 and classified into 13 species,9 genera,and 4 families.The general average density was 5.37 flies per cage.The highest density was found in 2012(10.64 flies/cage),and the lowest in 2017(1.24 flies/cage).The peak of fly activity in the year appeared from May to August.The dominant species were Lucilia sericata,Lucilia illustris,Chrysomya megacephala and Musca domestica.Among the habitats,the green belts held the highest fly density,8.02 flies per cages,while dining environment held the lowest,4.18 flies per cages.Conclusion The density of flies is related to the habitat,climate and seasons.Integrated control measures with chemical and physical methods will substantially reduce fly density and the incidence of infectious diseases in the intestines.
