摘　　要：目的通过对全省疾控机构鼠疫应急防控能力调查,了解河北省疾控机构鼠疫应急防控基本情况,为河北省制定鼠疫防控措施提供科学依据和参考。方法对河北省11个地级市疾控以及定州、辛集市疾控,每个地级市再抽取一个县疾控作为调查对象,对其按调查内容进行调查。结果河北省市级疾控和县级鼠疫应急防控能力建设评价良好的项目占比分别为54.7%和36.4%,南部地区鼠疫应急处置能力建设相对不足,北部地区鼠疫应急防控建设还需加强。结论随着冬奥会的日益临近,河北省疾控机构鼠疫应急防控能力建设还需要进一步的加强和提高。Objective To investigate the capacity of plague emergency prevention and control of disease control institutions,and understand the basic situation of plague emergency prevention and control of disease control institutions in Hebei Province,and provide scientific basis and reference for the establishment of plague prevention and control measures in the province.Methods The disease control centers of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province and the disease control centers of Dingzhou and Xinshi were investigated.Each prefecture-level city selected another county disease control as the investigation object,and the investigation results were based on the survey content.Results The proportion of projects with good evaluation in the capacity building for disease control at the municipal level and plague emergency prevention and control at the county level in Hebei Province accounted for 54.7%and 36.4%respectively.The capacity construction of plague emergency management in the southern Hebei Province was relatively insufficient,and the construction of plague emergency prevention and control in the northern region needed to be strengthened.Conclusion With the Winter Games approaching,the construction of plague emergency prevention and control capacity in Hebei Province needs to be further strengthened and improved.
