摘 要:针对传统大型水火电系统联合优化模型成本计算单一问题,考虑水电因弃水导致的机会损失,并考虑水火电爬坡约束、水电振动区约束等多种复杂约束,构建以火电运行成本与水电弃水电量机会损失之和最小为目标的水火电短期优化调度模型。将模型中非线性约束转化为线性化约束,并使用商业优化软件CPLEX中内置的分支定界法进行求解。算例仿真表明,按此优化准则下的最优策略运行,虽然火电运行成本有所增加,但弃水电量大大减小,水电能源利用率明显提升,计算结果更加符合实际情况。This paper deals with the single problem of cost calculation of the traditional joint optimization model of large hydrothermal power systems.The model takes into account the opportunity loss of hydropower due to spill water,as well as the multiple complex constraints such as hydrothermal ramp constraint and hydropower vibration zone constraint.The short-term optimal scheduling model of hydrothermal power system was established with the minimum sum of operation cost of thermal power and opportunity loss of surplus hydropower.The nonlinear constraints in the model were transformed into linearization constraints and solved by using the branch and bound built in the commercial optimization software CPLEX.The example simulation results show that according to the optimal operation strategy under this optimization criterion,although the operating cost of thermal power increases,the amount of surplus hydropower is greatly reduced,the energy efficiency of hydropower is obviously improved,and the results are more consistent with the actual situation.
