摘　　要："互联网+医疗健康"的发展使外科进入新纪元。第五代移动通信技术(5G)顺应"互联网+医疗健康"新模式,使外科医生"千里眼"和"千里手"成为现实,高效整合资源,缩短医-患、医-医、师-生之间距离,扩大外科医生及培训者服务半径。3D打印技术强调精准手术理念,逐渐运用于术前规划、术中指导、模拟培训。5G技术与3D打印技术的结合,融合手术及培训的精准性和时效性,实现精准外科和实时外科的完美结合。本文旨在介绍5G技术特点及其在3D打印技术外科领域的应用前景。The development of"Internet plus medical health"has brought surgery to a new era.The 5th generation wireless networks(5G)is in line with this concept,which makes surgeons’"remote viewing"and"remote hands"become a reality.The 5G technology is conducive to efficiently integrating surgical resources;shortening the distance of doctors-patients,doctors-doctors and teachers and students;and expanding the service radius of surgeons and trainers.The 3D printing technology emphasizes the concept of precision surgery,which is gradually used in preoperative planning,intraoperative guidance and simulation training in recent years.The combination of 5G and 3D printing technology can integrate the accuracy and timeliness of surgery and training,and develop and realize the perfect combination of precision surgery and real-time surgery.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the characteristics of 5G technology and its application prospect in the field of 3D printing surgery.
