摘 要:随着人口老龄化和平均年龄增加,因骨质疏松或肿瘤造成的脊柱椎体压缩/病理骨折发病率逐年增加,经皮椎体成形术(PVP)/后凸成形术(PKP)逐渐成为常规的相关疾病经典治疗方案。这一术式是将脊柱专用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)注入到压缩骨折椎体中起到机械稳定的作用。通过对椎体可注射材料进行不断的调整,我们对其治疗脊柱骨折的机制的了解也更加深入。然而,继发于PMMA注射和骨水泥渗漏引起的一系列并发症也逐渐引起临床医师的关注,寻找更加安全、可靠的可注射材料来完成这一临床治疗的探索从未停止,本文将对目前相关研究作一综述。As the population ages,the incidence of vertebral compression fractures due to osteoporosis or tumors increases year by year.Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and Percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)have gradually become the traditional treatment for related diseases.This technique involves injecting the spinal compound Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)into the compressed vertebral body for mechanical stabilization.Through the adjustment of the injectable vertebral material,we have gained a better understanding of the mechanism of the treatment of spinal fractures.However,complications caused by PMMA injection and bone cement leakage have also gradually attracted the attention of clinicians.The search for safer injectable materials has never stopped.This article will make a review of the related research.
