中国大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:对中国大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓情况进行系统评价,为在高校开展有效艾滋病健康教育提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及PubMed和Web of Science,收集近10年来我国公开发表的关于大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓情况。使用Revman5.3.3软件,对艾滋病防治8个核心知识点知晓率进行Meta分析,并按地区和性别进行亚组分析。采用随机效应模型合并各样本总知晓率及95%CI。结果:共纳入15篇文献,meta分析显示大学生对艾滋病防治知识总知晓率为81%,[95%可信区间(CI)77%~85%]。亚组分析显示,男女大学生总知晓率无差异,不同地区大学生知晓率存在差异。结论:中国大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率偏低,应加强健康教育,遏制艾滋病在大学生中的流行。Objective:To evaluate the current situation of Chinese college students'knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment,and provide reference for the development of AIDS health education in colleges.Methods:Several databases were searched such as CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),Wanfang Data,VIP Database,Pub Med and Web of Science to collect the research findings on the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment among Chinese college students in the past 10 years.Meta-analysis was conducted on the 8 core knowledge points of AIDS prevention and treatment by using Revman 5.3.3 software,and subgroup analysis was performed by region and gender.The random effect model was used to combine the total awareness rate of each sample and 95%CI(confidence interval).Results:A total of 15 articles were included.The meta-analysis showed that the total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students was 81%,95%CI was 77%-85%.Subgroup analysis showed that there was no difference in the total awareness rate between male and female college students,but there was a difference in the awareness rate among college students in different regions.The awareness rate of the item"Does mosquito bites spread AIDS?"was the lowest,only 58%.The rate of item"Is it possible to get AIDS via sharing a syringe with a HIV infected?"was the highest,up to 94%.Conclusion:The awareness rate of knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment among Chinese college students is poor.Health education on AIDS knowledge should be strengthened to curb the prevalence of AIDS among college students.
