摘 要:针对准噶尔盆地南缘地区高压高产井高温、高压及高产的特点,在调研井控装置、钻磨工具及地面配套装备的前提下,结合堵塞物特性、井筒胶质物分布状态,开展连续油管钻磨清管工艺研究和方案设计,通过优化钻压、排量等钻磨参数,形成了高温高压高产井连续油管钻磨清管工艺。在高探1井成功应用2次,取得了较好的管柱清理效果。研究成果可为连续油管在类似高压高产油气井中的清管作业提供借鉴。Considering the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and high production in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin,well control devices,drilling and grinding tools and ground supporting equipment are investigated.Based on the characteristics of plug and the distribution state of wellbore colloid,the design of drilling,grinding and pigging operation of coiled tubing are carried out.The drilling and grinding parameters such as WOB and displacement are optimized to form the drilling,grinding and pigging technology of coiled tubing.The research are successfully used in Gao Tan 1 twice.The results show that the pigging operation is successful.This study provides reference for coiled tubing pigging in similar high pressure and high production oil and gas wells.
