非法倾倒的生活垃圾组分及其污染物排放估算——以南方某城镇为例

摘　　要：为探明南方核心区域某城镇非法倾倒的生活垃圾组分及其污染物排放估算,于2016年10月~12月在非法倾倒地开展现场勘探,对倾倒在该地的生活垃圾总量、组分、理化性质及重金属浓度,还有非法倾倒垃圾期间的污染物排放量、成分和浓度展开分析。分析生活垃圾的组分、理化性质及重金属浓度;利用环境质量现状监测结果以及理论公式来估算在生活垃圾堆放期间废水、废气的排放总量、各污染物成分及浓度。结果表明,总的垃圾倾倒量为14197.13 m3,垃圾的主要组分有塑料、厨余、布;垃圾的表层垃圾组分含水率为46.24%,里层垃圾组分含水率为52.27%;Pb的浓度为5.290~6.054 ppm,As浓度为0.311~0.852 ppm,Hg浓度为0.972~4.816 ppm。生活垃圾非法倾倒期间渗滤液废水排放量8961.4 m3,废水中含CODCr 1.92 t、BOD50.67 t、SS 0.36 t、氨氮1.17 t。生活垃圾非法倾倒期间废气排放量为345457.2 m3,其中甲烷排放量151.06 t、二氧化碳259.7 t、氨气0.70 t、硫化氢0.27 t。非法倾倒地块周围的水环境质量和土壤环境质量均受到不同程度的负面影响。To estimate the constituents of the dumped household waste and their pollutant emission,a field investigation was held from October to December,2016 at an illegal dumping site of a town located within the core area in the south of China,in which the total amount of household waste,constituents,physical and chemical properties and the concentration of heavy metals were analyzed,and the total emission of sewage and waste gases as well as the constituents and concentration of different contaminants was also estimated according to the measured environmental quality and certain theoretical formulae.The result shows that the dumped household waste,mainly composed of plastics,kitchen waste and cloth,totals 14,193.13m3,the moisture content of the waste on the surface is 46.24%and that of the waste at the inner layer is 52.27%,the concentration of Pb is 5.290 to 6.054ppm,the concentration of As is 0.311 to 0.852ppm and the concentration of Hg is 0.972 to 4.816ppm.It was also discovered that the leachate emission during the illegal dumping totals 8961.4 m3,of which CODCr is 1.92t,BOD50.67t,SS 0.36t and NH3-N 1.17t,and the waste gases during the same time period totals 345457.2 m3,of which CH4 is 151.06t,CO2259.7t,ammonia 0.70t and H2S 0.27t.This evidences that both water and soil quality around the illegally waste dumping site have been impacted negatively.
