摘  要:为了增强海水泵的可靠性能,需要对海水泵转子-轴承系统进行临界转速分析。采用横向和纵向综合分析新型模态方法,通过有限元软件Workbench研究导轴承刚度、联轴器的扭转刚度、支撑间隙对海水泵转子系统临界转速的影响。通过改变轴承之间的支撑间距发现:轴的一阶及二阶临界转速随着轴承间距的增加而增加;从转子“干”和“湿”的横向和纵向的模态分析发现:转子的一阶临界转速远离转子系统的固定频率及倍频处,满足API设计标准。同时采用理论值与有限元计算值对比分析,提高模拟计算准确性,增强泵的安全可靠性。In order to enhance the reliable performance of the seawater hydraulic pump;critical speed analysis of the seawater pump rotor-bearing system is required.In this paper;a new modal analysis method is adopted in transverse analysis and longitudinal analysis.The finite element software workbench is used to study the influence of the stiffness of guide bearing;the torsional stiffness of coupling;the spacing of support on the critical speed of seawater hydraulic pump rotor system.By changing the support spacing between bearings;it is found that the first and second-order critical speeds of the shaft increase with increasing bearing distance;from the horizontal and vertical modal analysis of rotors under dry and wet conditions;it is found that:The first-order critical speed of the rotor is far from the fixed frequency and multiplier of the rotor system;which meets the API design standards.At the same time;a comparative analysis of the theoretical value and finite element calculation value is adopted to improve the accuracy of simulation calculation and enhance the safety and reliability of the pump.
