内河(旅游)客船稳性要素分析

摘　　要：结合《内河船舶法定检验技术规则》(以下简称《内法规》)近年的演变,针对内河长江上游大型旅游客船常年航行于三峡库区及急流航段水域的特殊性,通过梳理现行《内法规》对旅游客船稳性要求的变化趋势及关注要点,结合船舶倾斜试验、船体构造及结构要求、完整稳性、破舱稳性要素,船公司的管理等方面,从影响稳性安全的关键因素及船舶检验过程中的关注点,分析目前内河大型旅游船客船稳性安全检验及审核关注要点。In light of the evolution of the Technical Regulations forStatutory Inspection of Inland Ships in recent years,according to the particularity of the large scale passenger ships sailing in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river,the Three Gorges reservoir area and the jet stream section all the year round,the changing trend and key points of concern on stability requirements of tourist passenger ships were summarized.From views of inclining test,hull structure and structural requirements,integrity stability,factors of damage stability,management of shipping companies and so on,the key points of inspection and verification of stability and safety for large inland tourist passenger shipswere analyzed from the key factors affecting stability safety and concerns in the process of ship inspection.
