摘 要:针对一起真空严密性指标优秀但凝汽器真空明显偏低的问题,采用理论分析和历史运行数据定量对比方法,分析了凝汽器端差与机组负荷之间的关系,指出凝汽器端差偏大的原因在于抽真空管道阀门故障。在更换阀门后凝汽器真空恢复正常,证明诊断方法和结论正确。分析了系统结构潜在的风险,提出了系统改造、检漏查漏方法和运行调整建议。Directing at the low vacuum of the condenser with excellent vacuum tightness,the methods of theoretical analysis and quantitative comparison of historical operation data were adopted to analysis the relationship between the terminal temperature difference of the condenser and the unit load and the failure of the vacuum pump’s inlet valves was thought to be the factor of the large terminal temperature difference of the condenser.After replacing the valve,the vacuum of condenser returns to normal,which proves that the diagnosis method and conclusion are correct.Potential risks of system were analyzed and suggestions for system retrofit,leak detection and operation adjustment were also proposed.
