摘 要:空压机是钢铁企业中常用的耗电设备,随着企业规模的增长,压缩空气消耗量日益增加、且运行时间长,从设计上提高空压机系统效率具有巨大的节电潜力。该文从空压站的配置入手,提出采用大型离心式空压机组承担全厂基本负荷、辅以中型空压机承担波动负荷及调峰从而实现系统性节能的设计方案。Air compressors are commonly used power-consuming equipment in iron and steel enterprises.With the growth of the scale of enterprises,the consumption of compressed air is increasing and the running time is long.From the design,improving the efficiency of the air compressor system has huge potential for saving electricity.Starting from the configuration of the air compressor station,this paper proposes a design scheme that adopts a large centrifugal air compressor unit to bear the basic load of the whole plant,supplemented by a medium-sized air compressor to undertake fluctuating load and peak shaving,so as to achieve systemic energy saving.
