摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了用于聚乙烯合成的MgCl2/SiO2复合载体型Ziegler-Natta催化剂,在制备过程中加入酯、硼、醇和硅烷四类内给电子体;考察了不同内给电子体对Ziegler-Natta催化剂的活性、氢调敏感性及乙烯/1-己烯共聚性能的影响。结果表明:乙醇作为内给电子体效果最好,催化剂具有较高的催化活性、氢调敏感性和共聚性能。Ziegler-Natta catalyst with MgCl2/SiO2 composite support was prepared by impregnation method.Four kinds of internal electron donors,ester,boron,alcohol and silane,were added in the preparation process.The effects of different types of internal electron donor on the activity,hydrogen response and ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization performance of catalyst were investigated.The results show that ethanol is the best internal electron donor,and the catalyst has high activity,sensitive hydrogen response and good copolymerization performance.
