摘  要:合成气经草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢制乙二醇(EG)在煤的清洁利用和石油替代中具有重要意义,而高效稳定的草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂的制备是提升该EG路线的经济性的关键因素之一。当前使用的常规铜基催化剂存在易烧结、稳定性差等问题。综述了从限域角度出发,利用不同载体结构(介孔结构、层状/片状结构、核-壳结构和核-鞘结构)改善草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇铜基催化剂催化性能的相关研究进展。基于限域效应制备的铜基催化剂展现出较好的催化加氢性能,四种不同载体结构均可以改善铜的分散度,阻止铜纳米颗粒的迁移和团聚,提高催化剂的催化活性和稳定性。Hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO)from syngas to ethylene glycol(EG)is of great significance in the clean utilization of coal and oil substitution.The preparation of efficient and stable catalyst for DMO hydrogenation is one of the key factors to improve the economy of this EG route.The current common Cu-based catalysts are easy to sinter and have poor stability.The research progresses in improving the catalytic performance of the Cu-based catalysts for DMO hydrogenation to EG by using different support structures,such as mesoporous structure,lamellar structure,core-shell structure and core-sheath structure,were reviewed from a view of confinement effect.The Cu-based confinement catalysts exhibited good catalytic hydrogenation performance.All of the four kinds of confinement support structures mentioned in the review can improve the dispersion of Cu,prevent the migration and agglomeration of Cu nanoparticles,and improve the catalytic activity and stability of the catalysts.
