摘 要:聚酯多元醇是生产聚酯型聚氨酯重要原料,与脂肪族聚酯多元醇相比由于引入苯环结构,使其具有较好的热稳定性、阻燃性和耐化学品性而受到广泛关注。本文在介绍苯酐聚酯多元醇、对苯聚酯多元醇、其他改性聚酯多元醇的合成方法及其应用,重点描述了合成芳香族聚酯多元醇的生产工艺,讨论间歇法和连续法生产技术和设备特点。Polyester polyols are important raw materials for the production of polyester polyurethane.Compared with aliphatic polyester polyols,aromatic polyester polyols have better thermal stability,flame retardancy and chemical resistance due to the introduction of benzene ring structure,so being concerned widely.The synthesis methods of phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyols,terephthalic acid-based polyester polyols and other modified polyester polyols and their application were described with the emphasis on the production processes of synthesizing aromatic polyester polyols,and the production technologies and equipment characteristics of batch and continuous processes were discussed.
