摘　　要：在移民安置实施阶段,根据沙沱水电站移民安置实际情况,沙沱水电站移民安置实施工作积极探索以耕地为基础的长效补偿机制,库区专项工程推行业主返包代建方式,取得了较好的移民安置实施效果。虽然也存在外迁安置移民遗留问题,但总体而言,沙沱水电站移民安置工作基本上取得了政府、移民、业主三方都满意的结果。According to the actual situation of resettlement in Shatuo Hydropower Station,the implementation work of resettlement explores a kind of long-term compensation mechanism based on cultivated land,and the special projects in reservoir area are carried out by owner agent construction mode in the implementation stage of resettlement for Shatuo Hydropower Station,which has achieved good effect.Although there are still some problems for the relocated resettlers in external area,in general,the resettlement work of Shatuo Hydropower Station has basically achieved satisfactory results from the government,resettlers and station owner.
