摘  要:采用两步法制备了PVP/ZnO整理棉织物,研究了PVP/ZnO整理对棉织物活性染料染色上染率、K/S值及色牢度的影响。结果表明,PVP/ZnO整理能够明显提高棉织物的上染率、K/S值和色牢度,其中活性红B-3BF的染色性能最佳,上染率为85.6%,K/S值为1.36。研究了ZnO质量浓度对PVP/ZnO整理棉织物抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,20 mg/L ZnO溶液整理棉织物的抗菌性能最佳,60 min后对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均达到100%。PVP/ZnO finished cotton fabric were prepared by two steps method.The effects of PVP/ZnO finishing on the dye uptake rate,K/S value and color fastness of cotton fabric dyed with reactive dye were studied.The results showed that PVP/ZnO finishing could obviously improve the dye uptake rate,K/S value and color fastness of cotton fabric,while the dyeing property of reactive red B-3BF was the best,the dye up⁃take rate was 85.6%and K/S value was 1.36.The effect of mass concentration of ZnO solution on the antibac⁃terial activity of PVP/ZnO finished cotton fabric were studied.The results indicated that the cotton fabric fin⁃ished by 20 mg/L ZnO solution showed the best antibacterial activity.After 60 min,the inhibition rate of Staph⁃ylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached 100%.
