摘　　要：共同学习作为学习科学领域中真实场景学习研究的重要内容,已形成一定的理论积淀,具有独特的应用价值。长期以来,相对于宗教场域和学校场域,工作场域和社区场域中共同学习理论的研究不够深入,作为当代学习型组织发展经典之作《第五项修炼》和当代社区学习文化力作《社区学习共同体》,分别在工作场域和社区场域深耕,一定程度上填补了相应领域共同学习理论的空白,均具有划时代的积极意义。其中,《社区学习共同体》作为共同学习理论在社区场域的本土化创新成果,在坚守社会学共同体要义的同时,生发新的理论内涵与实践模式,对助力个体生命成长、服务全民终身学习、完善社区治理体系具有重要应用价值。As an important part of real field learning research in the field of learning science,cooperative learning has formed certain theoretical accumulation and has unique application value.For a long time,compared with religious field and school field,the research on the cooperative learning theory in workplace field and community field is not deep enough.As the classic work of contemporary learning organization development,The Fifth Discipline,and the contemporary community learning culture masterpiece,The Neighborhood-based Learning Community,respectively cultivate deeply in workplace field and community field,which fill in the blank of cooperative learning in the corresponding field to a certain extent and have epoch-making positive significance.The Neighborhood-based Learning Community,as a localized innovation achievement of cooperative learning theory in community field,adheres to the essence of sociological community,and produces new theoretical connotation and practical mode,which has important application value for helping the growth of individual life,serving the lifelong learning of the whole people and improving the community governance system.
