摘  要:水钢100万吨焦炭配套的煤气净化系统,在采用“剩余氨水解吸-HPF法脱硫-软水循环洗氨-焦炉烟道气余热负压蒸氨”流程组合后,确保了负压蒸氨运行的连续性、稳定性,焦炉煤气中氨、硫物质的洗涤净化得有效控制,在进行焦炉煤气烟气排放源头治理的同时还兼顾了余热的回收利用,实现了焦化行业的节能与环保治理齐头并进。Since a process composed of residual ammonia desorption,HPF desulfurization(desulfurization with Hydroquinone,binuclear Phthalocyanine cobalt sulfonate series,and Ferrous sulfate),ammonia washing with circulating soft water,and negative-pressure ammonia distillation by residual heat of oven flue gas is used in coal gas purification system matched with production of 1 million tons of coke in Shuigang,the continuity and stability of negative-pressure ammonia distillation operation are ensured,ammonia and sulfur in coke oven gas are washed out and clean up effectively,emission of coke oven gas is prevented,waste heat is recovered and utilized.Therefore,both energy saving and environmental protection in coking industry can be improved hand in hand.
