摘  要:目的初步调查研究医学生临床实习前精神科相关认知及专业知识掌握情况,以利于有针对性的制定教学方案、提高教学质量。方法选择2016年3月—2018年6月首次至我院精神科实习的医学本科共327名,使用自制问卷了解精神科专业知识的掌握、喜欢的教学模式、实习期间感兴趣的问题、对于事精神卫生专业的选择等情况。结果共收集有效问卷318份,调查结果显示学生对精神科专业知识掌握较差,约30.5%的学生仅掌握了40%~60%。大部分学生(176,55.3%)都担心实习期间患者冲动暴力,受到攻击。学生(112,35.2%)希望带教老师结合患者病情系统讲解,结合情景模拟等方法给他们处理问题、进行精神科检查的机会。大多数学生(285,89.6%)不愿从事精神卫生行业,因为(95,29.9%)工作环境压抑、不安全、受歧视。结论医学生进入精神科实习前精神科专业基础薄弱,对患者恐惧,带教老师应运用多种教学方法,消除学生对精神患者的歧视,掌握精神急症及常见心理问题的处理,为精神卫生专业的发展争取更多的优秀人才。Objective In order to make a targeted teaching plan and improve the quality of teaching,a preliminary questionnaire survey was carried out on the medical student related cognition of the psychiatry and their mastery of the professional knowledge prior to their clinical practice.Methods A total of 327 medical undergraduates students,who first came to clinical practice in the psychiatric department of our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected.We used the self-made questionnaire,which mainly about the students'cognition about the mastery of the professional knowledge of the psychiatry,their favorite teaching models,and their selection of mental health service for preliminarily study.Results A total of 318 valid questionnaires were collected.The result shows that student(30.5%)have only mastered professional knowledge of 40%~60%psychiatry.Most of the students(176,55.3%)were worried during psychiatric internship period that the patients would have impulse violence,and they would be attacked.The students(112,35.2%)were more interested in teachers’explanation for the patient's disease systematic,according to the situation giving them the opportunity to conduct themselves andto deal with problems as well as conduct psychiatric examinations.When facing the problem of job hunting,most of the students(285,89.6%)do not want to engage in mental health industry,because they thought(95,29.9%)the mental work environment is depressed,unsafe and discriminated.Conclusion Medical students’psychiatric professional level is weak and fear of the patieng before they psychiatric practice.Teachers should use a variety of teaching methods to eliminate students'discrimination against the mental patients so that the students can master the treatment of psychiatric emergencies as well as the common psychological problems and strive for more talents for the development of mental health.
