支气管哮喘合并RSV感染患儿IgE、Th17、CD4^+CD25^+Treg评估病情效能

摘　　要：目的观察分析外周血血清免疫球蛋白E(serum immunoglobulin E,IgE)、辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)、CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(regulatory cells,简称Tregs)水平在支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)合并呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)感染患儿病情评估中的效能。方法选取本院2017年1月—2019年10月收治的BA合并RSV感染患儿80例设为研究对象,其中40例为疾病发作期定义为A组,40例病情缓解期定义为B组,选取同时期健康体检儿童40例设为参照组,比较三组儿童外周血IgE、Th17、CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平以及炎性因子相关指标变化。结果外周血IgE与Th17水平A组>B组>参照组,CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平A组<B组<参照组(P<0.05)。白介素17(interleukin,IL-17)指标水平A组>B组>参照组,白介素10(IL-10)与干扰素-α(Interferon,IFN-α)指标水平A组<B组<参照组(P<0.05)。结论BA合并RSV感染患儿IgE与Th17水平显著增加,CD4^+CD25^+Treg水平明显降低,评估相关指标变化能确定患儿病情效能,从而实施对症治疗,加速疾病康复。Objective To observe analyze evaluation efficiency of levels of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),helper T cells 17(Th17)and CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells(Tregs)in peripheral blood for conditions of children with bronchial asthma(BA)and respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection.Methods A total of 80 children with BA and RSV infection who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled as study objects.Among them,there were 40 cases during disease onset(group A),and 40 cases during disease remission(group B).Forty healthy children who underwent physical examination in the same period were enrolled as the control group.The levels of IgE and Th17,CD4^+CD25^+Treg in peripheral blood,and changes in inflammatory factor-related indexes were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of IgE and Th17 in peripheral blood were the highest in group A,followed by group B and control group,while CD4^+CD25^+Treg level was on the contrary(P<0.05).Interleukin 17(IL-17)level was the highest in group A,followed by group B and control group,while levels of interleukin 10(IL-10)and interferon-α(IFN-α)were on the contrary(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IgE and Th17 are significantly increased,while level of CD4^+CD25^+Treg is significantly decreased in children with BA and RSV infection.Evaluating changes in related indexes can determine their conditions efficiency so as to implement symptomatic treatment and accelerate disease recovery.
