不同术式用于前列腺增生治疗的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比评价前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除、前列腺汽化电切治疗的预后效果。方法选择本院2018年1月—2019年12月收治行手术治疗的前列腺增生疾病患者,总计80例。结合手术方法,进行前列腺增生患者随机分组手术治疗。对照组40例患者行前列腺汽化电切治疗,试验组40例患者行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除治疗,对比两组前列腺增生疾病患者的治疗预后效果(手术时间、出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间以及术后出血、感染等并发症情况)。结果两组前列腺增生患者组间手术时间比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间以及术后出血等并发症情况比较,试验组前列腺增生患者均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除治疗前列腺增生安全性高、术后恢复快,是优选术式。Objective To evaluate the effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation and electrovaporization of prostate in the treatment of BPH.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with BPH were selected for surgical treatment.The patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated with vaporization and electroresection of prostate,40 patients in the test group were treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate,and the prognosis of the two groups were compared(operation time,bleeding volume,bladder washing time,indwelling catheter time,postoperative bleeding,infection and other complications).Results Comparison of operation time between two groups of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with complications such as intraoperative blood loss,bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and postoperative bleeding,the patients with prostatic hyperplasia in the test group were better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Transurethral prostate holmium laser enucleation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has high safety and rapid postoperative recovery,and is the preferred surgical procedure.
