摘　　要：目的探究中药房开展中药临方炮制对疗效的影响。方法随机抽取2018年1月—2019年6月我院中药房中药调配案例240例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组120例使用未经临方炮制的中药治疗疾病,观察组120例使用经临方炮制的中药治疗疾病,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果对照组、观察组有效率分别为85.8%和96.7%,两组临床疗效的对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组不良反应发生率分别为12.5%和3.3%,两组不良反应的对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药房开展中药临方炮制,不仅能够提升用药的治疗效果,还能进一步降低中药的毒副作用,减少用药后的不良反应,有助于保障患者疾病治疗的有效性及安全性。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation on curative effect.Methods A total of 240 cases of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing in Chinese pharmacy of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by the method of random number table.120 cases in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine which was not processed by the clinical prescription,and 120 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine which was processed by the clinical prescription.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 85.8%and 96.7%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%in the control group and 3.3%in the observation group,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical preparation of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine room can not only improve the therapeutic effect of medicine,but also further reduce the toxic and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the adverse reactions after medication,and help to ensure the effectiveness and safety of disease treatment of patients.
