MR扩散加权成像对直肠癌局部复发的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨采取MR扩散加权成像对直肠癌治疗后局部复发的诊断价值。方法选取本院2014年2月-2019年4月收治的53例直肠癌局部复发患者为观察组,53例直肠癌未局部复发患者为对照组,均对两组行常规MRI扫描及MR扩散加权成像扫描,对比两组影像诊断情况。结果观察组经常规MRI扫描与MR扩散加权成像扫描均检出病灶,其中MR扩散加权成像扫描诊断上,检出观察组ADC值高于对照组(P<0.05);同金标准(美国癌症联合委员会结直肠癌2010年第7版TNM分期标准)比较,MR扩散加权成像扫描在诊断敏感度与特异度上均要高于常规MRI扫描(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌,应用MR扩散加权成像扫描对诊断肿瘤远期局部复发的价值显著。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MR diffusion weighted imaging for local recurrence after rectal cancer treatment.Methods A total of 53 patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2014to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,while 53 patients with no local recurrence of rectal cancer were selected as the control group.Routine MRI scan and MR diffusion-weighted imaging scan were performed on both groups,and the imaging diagnosis of the two groups was compared.Results The lesions were detected in the observation group by conventional MRI scan and MR diffusion weighted imaging scan.Among the MR diffusion weighted imaging scans,the ADC value in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the gold standard(the 7th TNM staging standard of colorectal cancer in 2010 issued by the United States Cancer Association),MR diffusion-weighted imaging scans have significantly higher diagnostic sensitivity and specificity than conventional MRI scans(P<0.05).Conclusion For rectal cancer,the application of MR diffusion-weighted imaging scanning for the diagnosis of long-term local recurrence of tumors is significant.
