摘  要:修补材料的性能及选择对建筑物修复的成功与否起着决定性的作用,为能更好的适应现代混凝土建筑的修补要求,进行了纤维增强水泥基修补砂浆的物理力学性能研究。试验选用聚丙烯腈纤维、粉煤灰、硅灰为水泥砂浆外掺剂,进行水泥砂浆配合比设计并研究了各种材料掺量对水泥基修补砂浆的和易性、抗折强度、抗压强度及变形性能影响。砂浆的流动度和胶砂比分别控制为160±5 mm和1∶2.5。研究结果表明,聚丙烯腈纤维的掺入可以大幅度提高砂浆混凝土的抗折强度,对砂浆混凝土抗压强度有所改善,加入硅灰不仅可以提高砂浆的和易性,对混凝土砂浆的抗压强度也会有较大改善。最后通过各项性能的对比分析给出了砂浆的最佳配比为硅灰:粉煤灰:聚合物:减水=5%∶25%∶0.8%∶1%。Repair material performance and the success of choice for building repair plays a decisive role,in order to better adapt to the modern construction of concrete repair request,in this paper,the fiber reinforced cementbased repair mortar for the development of the research.This paper mainly study the new fiber reinforced repair mortar workability,physical and mechanical performance research.In this paper,the fiber reinforced cement base polyacrylonitrile fiber has been added to repair mortar,fly ash,silicon ash and water reducing agent,through the control of fiber reinforced cement base repair mortar fluidity to control water consumption,mortar than finalized is 1∶2.5.The whole experiment by adjusting the polyacrylonitrile fiber,the amount of fly ash,silicon ash and water reducing agent to set experiment respectively,detection of new type of fiber reinforced cement base repair mortar workability,physical and mechanical performance,etc.,to determine the components of the influence of fiber reinforced cement base repair mortar,to identify a set of optimal mixture ratio,completion of the development of new type of fiber reinforced cement base repair mortar and research.Through research that add polyacrylonitrile fiber in concrete mortar,mortar can greatly improve the flexural strength of concrete,the compressive strength of mortar concrete will be improved,adding silicon ash not only can improve the workability of mortar,the concrete compressive strength of mortar will be improved substantially.Finally determine when the ratio of silica fume,fly ash,polymer:water=5%∶25%∶0.8%∶1%,the physical and mechanical properties of mortar of the best.
