摘  要:通过对不同相对横向管间距S1/do、相对纵向管间距S2/do的单向开缝翅片管换热器进行模拟,分析研究参数范围内S1/do与S2/do变化对单向开缝翅片管换热器性能的影响规律,模拟结果的准确性得到了模化试验的验证。结果表明:在S1/do=2.10~2.84、S2/do=1.76~2.50范围内,单向开缝翅片管换热器翅片侧的阻力受S2/do的影响更大;单向开缝翅片管换热器综合性能受S1/do、S2/do影响的程度相当。Unidirectional slit finned tube heat exchangers with different relative transverse tube pitch S1/do and relative longitudinal tube pitch S2/do were studied by numerical simulation,and the influences of S1/do and S2/do on the performance of unidirectional slit finned tube heat exchanger within the range of research parameters were analyzed.The accuracy of simulation method was also verified by model experiment.Results indicated that during the range of S1/do=2.10~2.84,S2/do=1.76~2.50,the drag lossof unidirectional slit finned tube heat exchangers was significantly influenced by S2/do compared with S1/do.The influences of S1/do and S2/do on the comprehensive performance of unidirectional slit finned tube heat exchangers werecomparable.
