摘  要:采用自制实验装置,针对水平电场的电渗透脱水技术对污泥进行预处理试验来探究应用电极转换法对污泥电渗透脱水实验的影响。根据转换时刻将实验分为五组:10 s、20 s、30 s、40 s和不转换。探讨了电极转换法对污泥电渗透脱水效果、电流、污泥pH值和电导率的影响,并分析了相关原因。研究结果表明,在水平电场作用下,当电压梯度为25 V/cm,污泥厚度为25 mm时,采用电极转换法可以有效提高污泥电渗透脱水的效率,最佳电极转换时刻为20 s。A self-made experimental equipment was used in the electro-osmotic dehydration technology of horizontal electric field to explore the effect of electrode conversion method on sludge electroosmotic dehydration experiment.According to the conversion time,the experiments were divided into five groups:10 s,20 s,30 s,40 s and no conversion.Compared with conventional sludge electro-osmosis dehydration,the effects of electrode conversion method on moisture content,current,sludge pH and conductivity were discussed.The results showed that under the action of horizontal electric field,when the voltage gradient was 25 V/cm and the sludge thickness was 25 mm,the electrode conversion method could effectively improve the efficiency of sludge electroosmotic dehydration.The optimal electrode conversion time was 20 s.
