摘  要:简介了国内焦化、钢铁行业污染物排放标准和超低排放标准中SO2排放限值,分析了焦炉煤气湿式氧化法脱硫后烟气SO2超标的原因。以某130万t/a焦化厂为例,介绍了真空碳酸钾脱硫的工艺流程、特点以及增设有机硫转化后的组合工艺脱硫运行效果。结果表明,采用改良真空碳酸钾组合脱硫工艺,可将现有焦炉煤气中总硫质量浓度控制在50 mg/m^3左右,燃烧后烟气中SO2质量浓度控制在20 mg/m^3左右,满足超低排放标准要求。The SO2 emission limits in coking and steel industry emission standard and ultra-low emission standard were reviewed.The reasons of excessive SO2 in flue gas after the wet oxidation desulfurization of coke oven gas were analyzed,including the desulfurization effect and existing problems after adding the organic sulfur conversion process.Taking a 1300000 t/a coking plant as an example,the process flow and characteristics of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization and the operation effect of desulfurization after adding organic sulfur conversion were introduced.The results showed the total sulfur concentration in coke oven gas could be controlled below 50 mg/m^3 and the mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas after combustion could be controlled below 20 mg/m^3 by using the improved vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process,which met the requirements of ultra-low emission standard.
