摘  要:煤气化装置设备可靠性研究中缺乏系统的设备失效损伤、模式数据库,采用基于风险的腐蚀调查方法可较为全面地反映设备内部腐蚀状况。以某煤气化装置为例,详细介绍了煤气化装置风险分析过程中存在的问题。分析了腐蚀调查在煤气化装置风险评估中的推动作用,在此基础上提出了建立煤气化腐蚀数据库的基本思路,以全面采集和分析设备腐蚀信息,提高风险分析结果的准确性和实用性,便于煤气化装置风险管理工作的有效开展。In view of the lack of systematic equipment failure damage and mode database in the reliability research of coal gasification equipment,the risk-based corrosion investigation method was adopted to comprehensively reflect the internal corrosion status of the equipment,and the existing problems in the risk analysis process of coal gasification plant were introduced in detail.The promotion role of corrosion investigation in risk assessment of coal gasification plant was analyzed,based on which proposing a basic idea of establishing coal gasification corrosion database,so as to comprehensively collect and analyze equipment corrosion information,improve the accuracy and practicability of risk analysis results,and facilitate the effective risk management of coal gasification plant.
